Disappointing. Been going here for 20 odd years and have introduced many friends to Jaspers. Took friend for spontaneous Sunday arvo coffee. Checked website that cited 6pm closing time. Got there at 5.15pm from 20+ km's away on rainy, cold day to be told we could only order takeaway coffee and we could no longer sit in as they closed cafe part of store earluer to pack up. They only had one blend of coffee on offee which we had to drink on street in the rain out of takeaway cups. Staff didn't care less. Advised they didn't make the rules and maybe they would update the menu. Unfriendly, pretentious and embarrassing as we had brought a friend there to try for first time. Never again....
Read moreThe store displayed teapots and tea cups that appeared to be authentic pottery. The price of a tea mug was $25, which was indicated on the bottom of the mug. However, upon returning home and removing the sticker, I discovered that the mug was made in China. I felt deceived, as I believed the mug was branded by the coffee store. Heaps of different coffee brewing machines & gadgets, beautiful selection of cups and accessories too. Head to the middle wall for all of your choccie and sweet toothed desires! You can grab a coffee from the back also, such an amazing hidden gem. Will be buying all of my beans here...
