It's a shame that you're required to give at least 1 star in order to review things, because this place doesn't even deserve half a star.
When KFC announced that they were bringing back the Tower Stacker, I thought 'wow, they're bringing back the Tower Stacker', what a great gift to celebrate the sheer dominance of the ancient god of Zingers, Kristaps Porzingis.
Yet, I was mistaken. Instead of a great gift, I was presented with an insult that will surely rank among humanity's greatest crimes.
For starters, one napkin?! ONE NAPKIN, with which to wipe my hands and face after being served a burger twice the size of my head that I had to unhinge my jaw to eat like some sort of half man, half python type creature? Are you kidding me?
Secondly, in all my years walking this Earth, I've never, ever witnessed a Zinger be burnt before, yet, BOTH pieces of chicken and that "hash brown" (in quotation marks because it's insulting to potatoes to call it an actual hash brown) were burned beyond recognition - FAR worse than Owen and Beru Lars.
And finally, I'm convinced that the chips had actually been picked up off the floor. How else could you explain the fact that they tasted like dirty dish water and the soles of a thousand Nike TN's.
Good job KFC Brighton, if your mission was to make the single worst burger in the history of the universe, and sorely disappoint someone that was genuinely excited to eat enough calories to sustain the Mongol army for a year, you absolutely nailed it!
So, in summation, If I was Porzingod, the holiest of holy Zinger authorities, I'd swiftly stomp through your store like a 7 foot 3 Latvian Godzilla just for sullying my name in such a...
Read moreABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE AND THE RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER TRIED TO HELP!!!!! so i went to this store two friday nights ago at 11.20pm, i had checked online and it said the store was open till one am so had plenty of time, when i arrived all the lights were on in the store but the front door was locked. so i figured like other stores it maybe drive through only after a certain time, as i proceeded to the first window i noticed that the window was wide open, so i waited for a couple of minutes and when no one came to the window i said "hello is anyone here?" i said this a couple more times at which time the lights were turned off throughout the store. it was at this time i called out, you might want to close the drive through window thats wide open, FINALLY getting the attention of the manager. When this rude lady came to the window i said to her are you guys open or closed i cant figure it out, your hours say 1am but you just turned off all the lights, to which she replied "does it look like im f##king open".... i was shocked at this and said ok well maybe updating the opening times online is a good idea, she then snickered and said "it was the councils decision not ours", so i rode away... i will be forwarding this review to the store and to kfc australia, because whether you are closed or not you cannot speak to...
Read moreI went to get a 3-piece box for lunch yesterday and at first I was told there was going to be a 7 minute wait on the chicken and I also asked for no salt on the chips. As I was waiting it got subsequently busier with both walk-ins, deliveries and pick ups. When I got my meal I checked if the chips had salt in it and the girl apologised that they gave me salt so I had to wait another 3 minutes for fresh chips. In the end she packed my meal with a free chocolate mousse and she kept apologising for the wait. As a customer who also works in hospitality training I wish to commend these girls (there were 2 of them on the front yesterday). Yes, it's a KFC/fast food outlet, but the commitment and customer service these young girls show deserves appreciation. Yes I had to wait longer, but I got continuous information and updates. This is the sort of communication that customers like me appreciate alot. I'm also aware that it can be challenging to work under the conditions as well as adjusting and keeping an eye to new COVID19 restrictions. KFC has trained their staff well. Well done girls at the front yesterday and keep up...
