Tip #1: If George is not inundated by orders, he'd take the time to sit down and have a chat with you. Tip #2: weekday nights are quieter, you have a better chance of quicker serving. Sunday lunch only sandwiches and coffee available. Book for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights if you don't mind joining the crowd! WHY I GAVE FIVE STARS: The owners clearly care about what they serve, cook the food themselves (not hired chefs). There's nothing fancy or pretentious about this place, just good ol' traditional Greek food! We receive personalised customer service whenever we visit. These guys tick all the boxes for us!

What a great experience, it was like walking into a “Kafenion” in the 70’s or 80’s, fantastic food, great vibe, very friendly owner, greeted my daughter the same way he spoke to his grandson sitting in the front window eating his lunch! Quick turnaround time, potato cakes are in the Bain Marie, hot and ready to go! The focaccia’s would be more of an old-school type, just no b.s, full of flavour, very tasty fresh bread and generous in size! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will definitely be back, absolutely gutted i don’t work walking distance to this gem of a place, i’d be there daily. Thank you again for your filotimia! 10/10

Koutouki Coffee shop is a long standing 20 year Richmond staple. This is not flashy at all and just delivers the most delicious, consistent Greek food and typical takeaway cafe food you can imagine. Great value for money still, friendly service as it's still run by the original owners too. They have everything from the dim Sims, burgers, chicken schnitzel, salads and all the typical Greek food and Fanfare. The souvlaki is absolutely everything you would expect and hits the spot! Absolutely a must try and I can't wait to go back to try more of this beautiful food

Came here for a work dinner at this sweet family run Greek restaurant. It's such a cute little place that has great ambience. The dishes we chose were delicious and generous in portion size. We needed a little help ordering and the staff were just lovely. We chose the lamb - of course, because no one cooks lamb like they do in a Greek restaurant. Everything is fresh and deliciously tasty. This place gets busy so suggest you book in advance. Well worth waiting to get into this place. Takeaway available. Dietaries catered for. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram/stroller accessible....
