Most of the staff are great, the coffee and food are okay, but unfortunately the manager is the most unpleasant, miserable, insufferable, passive-aggressive barista I have ever come across. The dude doesn’t know a single thing about customer service. Just because you’re the only coffee shop that’s open on that side of the campus doesn’t mean that you get to be an unreasonable prick...

This would be a great place for families and kids who are doing their MYO programs on Saturday and Sundays. Coffee is not great but ok, however they keep playing loud metal music which is extremely unpleasant for someone who’s trying to sit and enjoy a break. Also, the entrance doors needs servicing as they keep slamming very loudly. It’s a shame as this place is everything...

Miserable cold coffee with barely a hint of caffeine - you will resent paying money for it. Service is lacklustre. Even the interior is messy, confused and uncomfortable. Clearly run by students and gets by because there is no competition in the area. Melbourne has some many great cafes that it’s quite depressing that a place with so little to offer stays...
