Disappointing service. Been there on two occasions. The first occasion the server was incredibly rude. She had asked for my name for the order, but I didn’t hear her due to the coffee machine. She proceeded to yell GIVE ME YOUR NAME! Which startled me and raised a few brows from others. I brushed it off thinking everyone has a bad day. Read moreThis little coffee shop is very lovely. The Briesta puts heartfelt care and love to local customers. She often prepares little treats for customers who have dogs. She makes friends with them and remembered all their names! She also always tries to remember the customers' names and taking care of them when they needed. Her loving heart abides the regular customers from neighbourhood, staffs and students from VCA and other regular visitors with a friendly and cheerful atmosphere she bought to the shop. I felt love in this little coffee shop and thank God for having a little coffee shop like this with a loving Briesta at our neighborhood!...
