Market Lane Coffee - South Melbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

I've given this place 10 too many chances. Horrible coffees with oat milk. I don't know what they do with it or if it's the brand of oat milk. I'm currently Really condescending culture - indifferent is fine but condescending? I say culture as the below examples have happened with different staff members. "We only do one size" okay I'm sorry I asked?? "Our cappuccinos don't have chocolate powder" okay that's fine, Italy doesn't as well but can I please have an exception? "We don't do puppycinos" okay it's just bloody frothed milk aka a babycino. We went on a Saturday morning, as we have had good coffee from there before, however this time coffee was very disappointing. I feel like its a hit and miss with Market Lane, and it shouldn’t be for the premium price they charge for their drinks. We ordered a couple of flat whites, with a cinnamon scroll - which is really good, but the coffee was so weak, and the milk quality was really bad, it was fluffy and texture was just not right. MUST HAVE Market Lane Coffee by far has the best coffee in Melbourne or probably in Australia. Never had a bad cup of coffee and even if you feel the coffee isn’t up your alley the staff will happily make you a different bean/blend. On a sep note they super conscious of sustainability and environmental impacts and make an effort to address it.
