Would not recommend this store. Self serve machines take up half of the waiting room, self serve machine I used did not have any paper for receipt so I was stuck without a number. Tried to ask if they can tell me my number but was ignored for nearly 10min. Once I got their attention they seemed surprised the self serve ran out of paper. I told them what I ordered and they told me what number they think mine is. 30 minutes later I received my hot chocolate, followed by my meal 10 minutes later. However, this wasn’t my meal as I found out they told me the wrong number. Hot chocolate was right, meal was wrong. Eventually I got my meal. Over 40 minutes for a hot chocolate and a breaky burger. And the food and drink was terrible. Hot chocolate was grainy, most likely due to too much chocolate powder, and the breaky burger tasted old with too much sauce, half the sauce fell out back into my wrapper. Then to top it all off, they didn’t give me any napkins leaving me with sticky hands. For a place that was built on its ‘fast food,’ food was terrible and not that fast. Would not recommend going...

firstly the place stank like piss to the point of feeling ill as I walked in the door. I was only there to grab a coffee on the way to work as I love the vanilla iced lattes. I ordered a regular flavour iced latte not deluxe however it still had whipped cream and choc powder which I strongly dislike whipped cream and didn’t order it. I also decided to add on a hot cross bun to which the girl at cafe grabbed a frozen one and put in the toaster for maybe 20 seconds and then gave it to me. I then had to eat a half frozen/half warm hot cross bun which made me gag. I have serious texture issues when it comes to food so when half is soggy and the rest is hard it is really hard to enjoy. I then tried to like my latte however at the first sip it tasted like it was a cup with syrup only- that’s how sweet it was. It is not drinkable. I am disappointed that I just spent $11 on the poorest coffee and hot cross bun. I understand it is Mcdonald’s and I have worked at two of them however it’s not hard to maintain and provide at least half decent food- not inedible/undrinkle...
