Naröcha Premium Tea Room — Restaurant in Melbourne

As a milk tea lover, knowing that there is a newly opened excellent milk tea shop nearby made me really happy!

Houjicha is one of my top selections, so I was really keen and excited to try it from Narocha. Daaamn, they got the right flavor!! The cream cheese topping they put on it just made all the flavours meld well together, my taste buds are having a happy dance!

I used to drive to Clayton just to get my Houjicha fix, and now it’s just around the block! This is so bad for my wallet.

I have to note that the ambiance of the shop is so relaxing. It’s minimalistic, yet brings out a lot of what they sell. Also, I have to mention that they do deliveries for a Litre of milk tea, boxes of where you can do your own milk tea, and many more.

Will surely be coming back to try the desserts and other flavours 😋❤️

*Update: Came back in the evening with hubby! Tasted the hot Houjicha drink (as the weather is freezing and I got the cold drink earlier) and still tastes excellent! Hubby had the Passion Mango and he loves it too! I get to taste it and it is a refreshing drink (it has a matcha pudding in it).

Treated myself with Etsu’s baked cupcakes. Had the Milo one and it was beautiful - not so sweet for those who are worried about their sugar level! The frosting is the best part for me.

Oh, man. Got sold by this shop...

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed through Uber Eats. I ordered a Thai Milk Tea with boba, but what I received had completely different toppings and a note stating that you had run out of boba. What’s especially frustrating is that I was not contacted about this change beforehand. Instead, the decision was made without my input, and I was still charged the full price for an item I did not receive as ordered. As a customer, I should be given the option to adjust or cancel the order if an item is unavailable, especially when a key component like boba is missing. I will be following up with Uber Eats regarding this issue, but I also wanted to reach out directly to express how unacceptable this experience was. ✩ We walked into the Tea Room and were amazed by the beautiful space. It was well furnished and had plenty of seats for you to enjoy your drink with friends or family!

✩ We ordered the Chocolate Makiato with Oat Milk. It was topped with light and fluffy cream and cheese, and soft and chewy pearls. The drink was reasonably price and great value for money.

✩ We loved how they offered high-quality alternative milks. This is rare to find for a Milk Tea restaurant.

✩ We couldn't help but purchase their top-selling Etsu Cheesecake and Lotus Biscoff Brownie.
