We went quite out of our way to stop by this particular patisserie, hoping to get some raspberry croissants. We were told they didn't have any at the moment. They had alot of customers seated (every table was full). But the girl serving seemed completely disinterested in us once we indicated we were taking away. By chance I chose a croissant 'delice' which as it turned out had not only pistachios but fresh raspberries inside. It was absolutely delicious. But I am surprised when I had asked for raspberry croissants that this was not suggested as an alternative. My partner enjoyed his almond croissant but would have preferred my choice too if he'd had it suggested. Taking a moment to suggest an obvious alternative would have got double the sale. Thumbs up for delicious product. Thumbs down for impatient...

It's a Saturday afternoon and really not that busy at the moment. I love Noisette in Port Melbourne, love the food, so went in to grab a desert and some bread. I was the only person at the counter for at least 5 full minutes, with FOUR employees behind the counter. I had no one say hello, or acknowledge my existence at all... one of them was arranging some napkins for the whole time I was just standing there... one of the staff was cleaning some tables in between, one of them was making coffee, fair enough, but I didn't even get a look or please wait from any one of them. When I said can some one please serve me, one of them very slowly and reluctantly asked what can I get you, but the attitude was so palpable that I left without buying anything and again, not one of them said...

Stepping into this cafĂ© near the office always brings a rare sense of ease. The ingredients are so fresh they seem to carry the breath of morning dew, and every pastry and every drink reflects care and thoughtfulness. The staff’s smiles are sincere and warm, making you feel not just like a customer, but someone being genuinely looked after. The barista’s craft is truly impressive—what they extract is more than just coffee, but a work of art: rich in aroma, layered in flavor, inviting you to savor it slowly. In such an atmosphere, whether it’s a brief pause or a chat with friends, there’s a gentle sense of being lifted into...

Well any place that serves jam donuts is a winner with me! And yes their jam donut was nice but, though I've had worse I've also had better. We had coffees (flat white and soy latte) and I brought to takeaway a olive baguette, a seeded baguette, Turkish bread and some mini donuts, all to take to a lunch at a friend's tomorrow. Lots of delicious looking bread and sweet treats and hot savoury items too but no vegetarian, like spinach rolls, that I could see. Place is very big, lots of seating inside and some out and we were lucky to get a seat, very popular.

It was a beautiful day sitting outdoors with my mates and their dogs, although there was very limited outdoor seating, and unfortunately, no umbrella to shield us from the strong sun. We ordered an almond croissant, a ham and cheese croissant, a beef pie, a sausage roll, a citrus cake, and a tuna baguette. The food was pretty average, but it was a plus that their sweets weren't overly heavy. While it may not be the best option on the same road, it's still good enough for a visit.
