We went quite out of our way to stop by this particular patisserie, hoping to get some raspberry croissants. We were told they didn't have any at the moment. They had alot of customers seated (every table was full). But the girl serving seemed completely disinterested in us once we indicated we were taking away. By chance I chose a croissant 'delice' which as it turned out had not only pistachios but fresh raspberries inside. It was absolutely delicious. But I am surprised when I had asked for raspberry croissants that this was not suggested as an alternative. My partner enjoyed his almond croissant but would have preferred my choice too if he'd had it suggested. Taking a moment to suggest an obvious alternative would have got double the sale. I was the only person at the counter for at least 5 full minutes, with FOUR employees behind the counter.
