OK so at Bentleigh Carnival thought would love some ice-cream after wandering around for 1.5 hours. Huge throng of people outside Carnival, who knows who was queuing to order and who was waiting for order, as just one big crowd, so so disorganised. Terrible. Anyway undeterred ordered 2 scoops (salted caramel and choc mint) then, after paying told there would be wait. 20 minutes later got icecream, um yes 20 minutes for a takeaway icecream! Yes the staff were run off their feet but their systems weren't great, also when order ready, girl would whisper number, no-one could hear her, so I was shouting very loudly what order was. One poor guy ordered 4 different things and every 5 minutes was drip fed one. And before I ordered at window I opened door to shop and was told to get out. OK Carnival don't have Open sign on your door if not allowed to go in. Product might be nice but under stress your system, what system there was, is...

It was a delightful experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly made crepes and the friendly smile of the person behind the counter.

We perused the menu, which had a wide range of sweet and savory crepes to choose from.

The crepes arrived, piping hot and beautifully presented. My crepe was absolutely delicious - the warm, gooey Nutella paired perfectly with the fresh, ripe strawberry slices. My friends were equally impressed with their crepes and we all agreed that we had to come back again soon.

What really made the experience memorable, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our crepes.
