What a rare find in Docklands. Similar yet different from some other poke bowl/build your own bowl places.
It’s a good healthy option with fresh ingredients. They offer two serving sizes which I believe are normal and large? I went for normal as I’m on a cutting diet at the moment but I believe for someone my size normal bowl is pretty filling when on a bulking diet.
Ambience and cleanliness: gotta say this is a very clean joint. Can see that the place gets cleaned and taken care of on a regular basis. It also has some nice welcoming simple decor that’s perfect for a quick lunch.
Staff: super friendly staff, especially the lovely lady who prepares the bows behind the counter. She came to me while waiting for our order to inform me that one of the toppings I asked for is run out and helped me choose a new one. Even got the food delivered to our table instead of just calling out our number (probably because it was not very busy and also maybe because of the change in order). But ya that extra level of care never goes unappreciated and I thank you from my heart
Food: while it’s nothing to write home about, I found that I throughly enjoyed my food. I like how the sauce is served on the side instead of mixed in as it gives me the choice to either use it as a dipping sauce or a mix in sauce, or if I feel fancy/cheeky mix in half and dip the other half. Also I’m happy to report that everything I got taste and feel fresh, the quality ingredients always makes a big difference, especially when dealing with perishables like cherry tomatoes. Was a bit disappointed there was no raw salmon option(maybe it was just today?), but hey can’t ask for everything right?
Perfectly placed between the offices and gym next door, this has potential to be a regular fortnightly lunch spot for me.
Verdict: Worth your hard...

REVIEW: ❌ This is my second time back to try Nourished bowls. The first time I went with their premade eco warrior (vegan) bowl. Wasn't a big fan because the turmeric coconut rice was dry and the vegetables were lacking a lot of flavour/seasoning to me. Tofu was extremely firm, so I wasn't a big fan. 🥶
✔️ I decided to try the build your own bowls the second time around and it went much better. The soba noodles had good separation (didn't all clump all together) and I made sure to choose all the seasoned vegetables. The peri peri chicken was great, especially the fatty pieces, because this protein was a little dry as well. 😢 I found it interesting that Nourished don't mix the dressing into the salad like other places do. It serves as a little dip, which is preferred, when their wafu sesame dressing was on the thicker side. 🛢️ Felt very healthy after eating my lunch as well! 🌿
✔️ Service is extremely friendly and I love that the girls make an effort to fill the regular bowl UP. I was full at under $20 for lunch which is reasonable for a poke bowl-type in the docklands...

Quite affordable too at around $20 each. I kinda do prefer this place over Fishbowl because this place has more warm options, and a better flavour.
Though I think they put too much rice into the regular size - seems like 2 cups when 1 would be enough in my opinion. I got the beef and thought it was cooked perfectly and so tender. My mum ended up complaining about not getting enough chicken in hers 😅
I wish more city-ppl knew about this spot! I know it's right at the south end of Collins st and a bit awkward to get to..
But it's honestly so much better than places like SpudBar or Poke. And it has such a...
