A friend recommended this place to us so we thought we would give it a try as our usual place we go to was closed for the day.
We had high hopes as they had a high recommendation. We brought a bunch of items which is our usual go to options including Large rare beef and combination pho, Viet Ice coffee, fried wontons and spring rolls.
When we got home, the entree weren’t cooked properly with the fried wontons being undercooked and the spring rolls tasting doughy. The pho itself was ok but that’s at best, the broth didn’t taste very traditional and it tasted overpowering with the meat being chewy,

Read more5 star Bahn Mi rolls, particularly the crispy pork and grilled pork Bahn Mi! Have had them 3x this lockdown, and all 3 times the bread was fresh, salad was fresh and meat tasted great; no old stock used.
Edit to original review - I reduced my rating from a 5 to a 3 after trying some of the other dishes available here. The pork and prawn rice paper roll wasn’t great, way too much rice noodles and the prawns tasted very fishy. The grilled beef pieces in betal leaves was very oily and not much flavour. A very well balanced combo. The lychee juice was divine, and had lychees down the bottom, which were delicious at the end as the iceblocks made them slightly freeze.
