Pizza Train — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered pizza from these guys and their garlic bread and pizzas were really good. Served fast and hot, which is why they got two stars. Their appalling customer service is what lost them the other three. I phoned to enquire about the dessert because what they delivered didn't look as I was expecting. Turns out it was correct, but it was so small I requested a refund. I had no faith in their other desserts so did not want an exchange. They said they would send a driver to collect the item before granting a refund, presumably so they could resell it?! When they checked and it turned out they had no drivers available, she told me I could bring the dessert back to the restaurant myself! This outrageous distain for the basic standards of customer service mean I can't...

We came home from the pub starving last night. It was freezing cold, pouring rain & 9.45pm. I rang pizza train, it was closing at 10pm & was so impressed with the person I spoke to. I asked if I could get a pizza delivery & he was so obligingl. He said it would be 25 minutes. The delivery man was so nice, I gave a substantial tip because the customer service was the best I’ve encountered for a long time. Not to mention. the prices are very reasonable & the quality of the food is excellent. I live in Williamstown but pizza train had my business in future

Oh my goodness! I’ve always thought pizza in Australia was just okay compared to Brazil, but stop the presses—this place is a game changer!
