The Fifth Wine Bar in Newport is an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The wine selection was delicious and well-curated, perfectly paired with a beautifully presented cheese board that hit all the right notes. The ambiance was spot on—elegant yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a date night or catch-up with friends. A little on the expensive side, but the pricing is in line with similar venues....

A great little spot to while away a few hours with friends or family. Great service and friendly smiles from all staff. The food we had was delicious and generously sized for a reasonable price. Use of local farm produce was an added bonus. The wine list is extensive with a lot of Victorian vineyards and the four glasses we tried were all very nice and complimented the food (at the owners suggestion) very well. Would definitely return but sadly we don’t live...

Popped in with a girlfriend for a couple of after work cocktails. The drink I requested was not on their menu but they happily made it for me as they had all the ingredients. We had the beef tartare and the baked Camembert which were absolutely delicious. This is my second visit in a week and was so lovely each time. The owners and staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Looks like I’ll be back again...
