It is really a 1 star experience. I actually didn't have too much of an issue with the drinks taste. But the service was quite rude from one of the woman working behind the counter. When she called my order number I went to collect it and then she would ask WHERE IS YOUR ORDER NUMBER in a very rude way. Im sure there are more than a hundred ways to ask for my order number and receipt with abit of courtesy and respect. Never scream at customers or ever talk to them disrespectfully especially when the customer has committed an innocent mistake, such as not showing the order number. It wasn't like I was stealing drinks. If management is to read these comments and take this seriously, you should consider closing your business or hand it over to someone who will commit to do a better job. Giving a 1-star review is actually being polite because I would want to give 0-star rating for absolutely terrible service. There are alot of tourists in that area as well. This type of attitude is below par. Crown, if you are reading this I urge you to have a good conversation with this store and demand them to do a better job. Otherwise just evict them and get someone...
Read moreThis café is a perfect example of how terrible leadership can ruin a business. The manager makes up rules on the spot, with no consistency or consideration for customers. I’ve been buying a cup of freshly sliced meat here every day for months, but today, the staff suddenly refused to cut the meat, saying they were no longer allowed. Instead, I was offered a half-filled cup of pre-sliced meat that had been sitting out—completely unacceptable.
The staff were polite and clearly just following orders, but it’s obvious they’re being forced to work under an unprofessional and incompetent manager. A good leader ensures consistency and values customers, but this one does the opposite.
To make matters worse, the food is overpriced and below average. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I can only imagine how they handle everything else. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that respects...
Read moreUnfortunately, a straightforward request for a large warm milk for my child turned out to be unreasonably expensive at this establishment. On the 9th of January 2024, around 12:30 pm, the initial lady assisting me was agreeable to accepting payment by card. However, she was interrupted by another staff member who abruptly instructed that cards were not accepted. I was then informed about the establishment's $5 minimum EFTPOS policy (yes in 2024), which meant I couldn't use my card for a simple $2.50 milk purchase, all for the shop to avoid a ~15-cent merchant charge. This policy, implemented to save a minimal amount, has led me to reconsider being a future customer and compelled me to leave this review. Save yourself the trouble and walk further down to Baci, where they are more than happy to take card, no matter the amount. Milk...
