We have ordered Takeaway before & I was excited to eat in here for dinner our first time. Very disappointing! We ordered Chocolate milkshakes & upgraded to Thickshake & extra flavouring, ($12 each) these arrived about 15minutes before our food, were small in size, and apart from a swirl of chocolate around the cup, the chocolate flavor was very weak & disappointing. I ordered the Bacon cheeseburger, listed on the menu for $17.40….i was expecting good things! When my burger arrived, it looked like a kids burger, about the size of a MacDonalds cheeseburger. (See photos) it was ridiculously small for a burger shop of this caliber and the price! To eat, it was fine, not the best I’ve had by a long shot, but really just represented such terrible value, which who can afford in this day and age. What added insult to injury our Large fries were closer to cold than hot, which there is just no excuse for when you are dining in! Over all we will not be coming back to Royal Stacks due to the lack of value, and for the premium prices being charged, the atmosphere, service snd food is very mediocre.
