• update after giving this restaurant a 3 star review several months ago, which the owner didn't take well. I thought id give them another chance & try ordering again through uber eats. Big mistake!!! The owner of the restaurant accepted my order, took my money after 40 minutes of tracking they never sent out the order. It wasn't cancelled so they still got paid by uberEats. After complaining to uber I received a refund through Uber eats, but I feel like this restaurant blacklisted me & purposefully didn't send out my order, if this is the case they are very vindictive & also scamming the system. All I can say is if you behave this way over a 3 star (above average review), you have a lot of karma coming your way.

The owner is very rude: Read the rest of the reviews: any time anyone gives him a negative review about the restaurants service his response is that the review is fake & people are trying to ruin his business.

Sorry mate, but if theres enough people complaining about your service, something is seriously wrong!

Original review: I was a loyal customer as their lamb Curries are generally good. But it seems they have different chefs as the food is not always consistent. The last few times the Naan as well as the tandoori chicken was badly burnt & un eatable. I wouldn't order chicken, its very chewy & overcooked.

I love the lamb curries but have been rather disappointed as a number of times recently I've tried to order & they only had chicken, but i wasn't informed on ordering. I understand we are in covid, but you would think they'd still have Lamb or goat, or if not at least remove it from the online menu. Its disappointing waiting for an order to arrive & then its cancelled 20minutes later cause they don't have it. If you run out occasionally, I'd understand, but this has happened at least 4x in the last month & im ordering early in the night. I assume it only takes a minute to update your UberEats menu to say its not available, rather than leave customers expecting waiting & disappointed. They don't even have the decency to call (unlike other restaurants) to say the item you ordered is unavailable, your order is just cancelled on the app & when you call them to enquire, they are really rude.

We have been in twice now and both times asked for our curry to be hot. Both times we were told it would be “too hot” for us. Both times we said “no, we would like it hot”. Both times we were brought mild curry. This is not ok. Just because we are white does not mean we do not like, or cannot handle, hot curry. This is not your decision to make. If a customer asks for hot curry, you can warn them that it will be hot, but you cannot then just bring them whatever you like because you’ve judged them in their appearance. You cannot make a judgement about someone’s ability to do (or eat) something, and then take away their autonomy to do (or eat) that thing because of their appearance. We won’t be back.

Customers are served with big fat lies. Never trust their order preparation time. They will promise you that meals will be ready in 10 mins and simply take 30 mins even though restaurant is not busy at all. Same scenario happened for online orders as well. Once I ordered online and I had to call them to ask why it's so late. Surprisingly, they said that order is already sent for delivery and I was able to prove that they lied again to the customer. In my opinion, they should first be genuine about their preparation time and second, they should never pass the ball towards delivery person. If I wasn't aware that they lie, the blame would have gone to the delivery guy.

Food is ok and nothing special other than they will serve hot food on top of a burner so curries...
