We bought 2 drinks (taro & okinawa milktea) at Clayton Sharetea store today (27 Sep) at 2:47pm We were served by a staff with initials ADM (as read on receipt). Order no. 58. And we were really upset by the attitude of her (ADM)! Firstly, when we were thinking of what to order, we noticed her looking sideways at us as if she was annoyed. But there were no customers waiting, apart from us. And we only took less than a minute to decide! Secondly, when she put in the order, she was literally punching words in the screen with a pen, making real loud noise! It appeared that she was irritated for some reason. Whereas we were still treating her very politely. We were not asking too much questions or being irrational. None of that! Thirdly, when we finished ordering, she only said the price and stared at us uncomfortably. She could not be bothered asking if we were paying by cash or card; nor did she ask if we were ready to pay at all. I thought this was basic customer service training that is normally expected from a professional cooperation such as Sharetea! Not until we told her we were ready to pay, did she present the EFTPOS machine to us! Even at the end she did NOT say thank you!! We were being nothing but friendly, respectful and rational! Only to receive utter disrespectfulness and way below standard customer service from...

been to sharetea clayton on sunday the 15th November at 9:50 pm and i asked the girl at counter for a taro milk with pearls and 80% sugar. she told me that there are no pearls available and we can choose some thing else , so we chose mixed popping pearls

but when i received it it had oreo in it and the milk was too watery, i complained about this to the girl in counter and she said its full cream milk.

I then asked my husband and his friend to taste it and they also found its too watery, just then i was about to go in and ask for another one to be made as its not good, she asked the staff over there to slam the door on our face and change the sign board to closed.

I think they were about to close the store, but when you have a customer just outside the door and who even complained about the milk and contents in it, staff could have made a new one for us but instead fearing that they will have to make another one and so advised another staff to slam the door behind us and change the sing board to closed was rude and humiliating

I have been to other shares tea in box hill and i had a good experience but at clayton store - it was very bad experience. Share Tea Clayton - Dt: 15/11/20 at 9:59 pm - tax...

Uncomfortable experience

I came in one night on 21 Dec 2023 to purchase some bubble tea. But we had a very uncomfortable and sore viewing with how their manager/supervisor (a middle aged asian male) were yelling angrily at his staff in a different language. The staff appears to be two very young teenage girls. They seemed emotionally beaten up and on the verge of breaking down. There was so many customers and orders coming in. Even the customers were visibly feeling uneasy and finding difficulty to sit inside and enjoy their drinks.

As somebody who has worked at ShareTea in the past, the work experience should never be this intense and cruel. To the man in charge, your employees do not deserve that type of abuse. This type of ‘leadership’ drives good employees and customers like away. The drinks were genuinely okay but the man in charge needs to...

I have to say as a worker in customer retail myself, I am absolutely appalled. On Saturday the 11th of April me and a friend at about 7:00pm (I will not name her for privacy purposes) went to share tea clayton to grab a refreshing drink. The service was average but as we leave the store my friend suddenly trips on something outside and her drink is spilt everywhere on the ground. We go back inside as we know the workers just witnessed what happened and ask if we could please have another drink as we just spilt it. They proceeded to be very rude and say "well we weren't the ones who spilt it". I know that I would have made another drink straight away for a paying customer who has just accidentally spilt there drink I WILL NOT be returning. Attached here is a photo of said spillage.

we went to this location wednesday night, and it was a fairly standard sharetea experience until the gentleman working, we never caught his name, struck up a conversation with him. my friend asked him his favourite tea and the man told us the strawberry promotion drink and pointed to a poster. we agreed it looked delicious and promised the man we would come back to try it. 5 minutes later the man reappears with 4 samples for us to try. such kindness warmed my heart. admittedly at sharetea the staff are often busy and don't have time to interact or come off as cold, but this gentleman paused his cleaning tasks to develop a meaningful connection with us. i wish i asked his name to thank him and give him a special shoutout. he was a beautiful soul and we loved our experience
