Shuji Sushi — Restaurant in Melbourne

Didn’t have a good experience with the food and their service today. It took more than 35 mins to receive three hot dish orders (Katsu Don, Kimchi Ramen, Gyu Don). Foods came so bland. Also the food ingredients were quite old. When we were at the place to place the order, the lady who served us was a bit rude to us as well. I buy Sushi's from this shop quite regularly. There has been a few times the smoked Salmon tasted stale. Just picked up one today & was worst, had to throw it in the bin. Don't want to fall sick. Hope they take this feedback positively & improve on quality ...especially the Salmon. This leaves a big doubt as to whatelse is stale, that we're unable...

The food is average and the wait can be very long.

If you just want the already made sushi rolls then you can get in and out quite quickly but for cooked food can wait quite a while. I waited for 30mins for my curry chicken today.
