We have checked our CCTV that you have actually already put the straw into the drink and have already started drinking even right in the shop, with no surprised reaction no disgusted face no hesitated at all. Should you have any complains or questions, you are more than welcome just let us know while you are still in the shop so that we could have an opportunity to explain or make you another drink If you like😊

To be honest our Jasmine Milktea is indeed the lightest milktea in our shop, and the recipe had been liked this from the first day since we opened in 2019 till now, no complains so far for the past 6 years. If you are looking for a thicker and stronger Milktea, I would definitely not recommend this Jasmine Milktea at all. But we do sincerely accept your unpleasantness.

During the past 6 years there were 5 more Bubble Tea shops around us from opened to closed down on the same street, eventually we are still here and the only one in the area, for the consistently 6 years. We are so proud of our business, and we do accept feedback. Hundreds of customers still ordering and coming back for it. If it is a failure we would have definitely already taken it off from the menu for sure. 1% or 1‰ complains on one particular drink may potentially encourage us on keep observing for a fair intention. It is expected not everyone would like everything. We would also ask for more feedbacks from now on when customers order this particular Jasmime Milktea. Thank you for your beautiful comment.

Everyone knows today is a horrible day: cold, windy, hailstones, raining and 10 degrees in November. That's why our shop was empty while you attended especially at a lonely time 6-7pm working days.

You absolutely have your own rights and freedom to comment and speak up, but not toxically judging from the negative way. Different people have different taste, we do accept not everyone would 100% like us, it's okay. Such as you don't like this drink, we are truly helpless too.

Anyway, obviously our tea is not your cup of tea and toxically disappointed you. We are also very disappointed too that you looked quite neutral in the shop but turned around with a totally opposite way. Sincerely wish you could find your cup of tea in the future, all the best, thank you...

I’ve been coming to Tea One South Yarra for over four years now, and every visit feels like coming home. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness from the incredible owner Nicole and her lovely colleague Benson.

Not only is their bubble tea hands down the best I’ve ever had (I’m forever loyal to the jumbo mango green tea with black pearls, mango and lychee popping pearls!), but the experience is always made special by the people behind the counter. My 8-year-old daughter has been coming with me since she was tiny and now proudly orders the same drink in a smaller size. Nicole always remembers our order and makes us feel like old friends. I love her outgoing attitude- and her respectful and warm approach towards those around her. We often find ourselves staying for a chat long after we’ve picked up our drinks!

The service is always fast, friendly, and efficient, and the homemade pearls are consistently perfect. The menu is extensive with something for everyone, and the quality is unbeatable. They even welcome our little pup Louis into the store- he’s part of the Tea One family too and just as excited for our regular visits as we are!

We come back time and time again not just for the amazing drinks, but because Nicole, Benson, and the whole team bring a little extra joy to our day every time we visit. Thank you for all that you do-we appreciate you more than you know!

(And to top it all off, Nicole has recently stocked the Labubu range-my daughter’s latest obsession! She’s brought in such an amazing collection that I can’t get my daughter out of the store now. Nicole has truly taken the stress out of parenting by saving us from those endless queues in the city. It’s thoughtful little touches like this that make Tea One more than just a bubble tea store-it’s a local gem)

21/07/25 9am update: Since my honest review yesterday Sunday 20/07/25, the owner asked 4 of her friends to provide 5 star reviews (check out the reviews just after mine on 20/07/25 from names with 1 reviews). DO NOT TRUST A BUSINESS WHO HAS TO ASK FRIENDS TO POST FAKE REVIEWS.

20/07/25: Walked into the store today for the first time to try one of their bubble teas. I was interested in the coconut bubble tea. I asked the female representative what type of cream was in one of the coconut drinks. She discourteously replied "OMG it's clearly coconut!". And then she pointed to the paper where it contains all other ingredients. What an obnoxious and impolite way to speak to a customer. You clearly lost a sale from me. Disgustingly rude behaviour = no sale and lost of customers. I think the art form of customer service was lost with this...
