Gozleme Kebab Docklands — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been to this place at least four times. My first time although the peri peri chicken only had traces of chicken, the service was good. There were quiet a few employees and were all friendly. It was down hill after that. One of the times I had ordered, a gozleme box similar size to small pizza box, two deserts and a bottle of water. They weren't going to offer me something to take it with. I don't know of anyone who has pockets big enough to carry all that. Yesterday, I am mot sure if it was because he had minimal comprehension of the english language, the person working there came accross as very unfriendly and borderline rude. The Gozleme was the same, it only had traces of chicken. He then hands me over the box with the deserts and water still on the bench and nothing to take it with. I struggled all the way to the car. This will definately be my last vist to this store as I have had enough of this mediocre service and meatless Gozlemes. I don't mind travelling all the way to south melbourne market if I ever feel like Gozleme as the service is better and the Gozlemes are better and provide...

I’d give minus rating if I could. I mean seriously, how bad can the any food possibly be. I ordered yesterday on an online delivery platform. I ordered a chicken gozleme and paid extra for chicken and cheese and I got I don’t know what! It wasn’t chicken. Could be ground beef. It was so bad so salty and there was no cheese. I literally couldn’t swallow it even after trying to gulp it down with some hummus. There was still such a bad after taste. I have never written a negative review in my life. I just go with it even if it’s not good enough. But this was absolutely horrible and threw the whole thing away. Absolutely inedible. You seriously have to be crazy to charge people for something like that. It’s like those left overs even your dog would refuse to eat....

When i heard about this shop i thought it was a caravan or just an average take away shop. But, hey, Wow!!!

Just the design of their sign is a punch in the face(in a very good way)!!!

The decoration, the Turkish ceramics, brings the warmth of Turkey to the Heart of Melbourne. 6 stars for this good job!

With 21 kinds of Gozlemes(with 3 gourmet and 2 dessert gozlemes), the place gives you the chance to choose from them or make your own!

Plus you can have rea Turkish tea or a nice latte with your kunefe, muhallebi, sutlac, baklava or Turkish delight. So you’ve got heaps to choose from ;)

Amazingly friendly staff always smile on their face, happily help and explain you everything to make your decision...
