Haven't had any better tiger bread than these guys'. Their bread almost has no crumbs! I had the BBQ chicken banh mi (Vietnamese bread roll) excellent charcoal BBQ smokey flavour. Most other Banh mi places grill their meat, not charcoal. I paid $8.50, a dollar or 2 dearer. My justification is you pay for what you get. These guys are a social business who donates 50% profit to charity. You either support a black economy banh mi for $6.5 - $7 where employees get paid $10 an hour cash or support a social enterprise who pays their employees industry award rate and helps people. I chose the latter....
