Really disappointed, we went there on Thursday the 15/12/18 as our son asked to have some potato gems. So ordered a kids fish fingers and gems and a small roast meal. Ordered a kids pop top, water and an apple juice. The pricing for what you got was outrageous $31. Then to top it all off was given our sons meal and asked for tomato sauce they wanted to charge $1 for one little squeeze sauce. We sat our son down and wait for our roast meal came to 20 mins still no meal and tried to get the girls attention with no luck. Finally did and asked for a refund. Cannot understand how this store can keep being run like this. It never gets better and we stay away but thought we would give them a chance again, just so...

I made the mistake of ordering a pork roast. The crackling was soft and chewy and tasted awful (so not 'crackling' at all). The roast potato was overcooked and unpleasant enough for me to try one mouthful and leave the rest. The pork was overcooked and quite dry despite the crackling being soggy and unpleasant to eat (I left it after a trial bite). The apple sauce wasn't a sauce but rather tasteless chunks of softened apple. Not nice. The pumpkin was nice enough. Service was pretty terrible too - no smile, no joy, no politeness - more like a production line where I was just a number. The chips were amazing and probably the best I've ever had. I would have given a score of 1 but the chips alone pushed...

Rude servers today! 0345hrs in the afternoon 18th of May 2023. I probably said the order the wrong way but these 2 servers. The filipina (I can hear from her accent) served me and another server with glasses. Both females out of nowhere laughed together instead of correcting me and still giggling even when I got my order. I don’t know what’s wrong. This is not how customers should be treated. Though they haven’t receive any rough response from me, it didn’t feel right.
