Not impressed with how my son was spoken to this morning.We buy from this food stall on a very regular basis. Food is always great however, my son, who is on the autism spectrum and has texture issues regarding food, went in and got his regular foods. When he went to pay, the guy behind the counter had a go at him for only getting some meat out of a couple of the stir frys. He told my son, "I've told you before there will be an extra charge for the meat only". We have never ever been told this. We have never had any issues like this before. The cashier was very rude and this in turn upset my son. Not impressed with his attitude. In response to your reply, first of all HE DOES NOT PICK OUT EACH AND EVERY PIECE OF MEAT AND JUST LEAVE THE VEGIES, SO THAT IS A LIE. SECONDLY, HE HAS NEVER BEEN TOLD ABOUT CHARGING EXTRA, SO ANOTHER LIE. AT MOST, HE ONLY TAKES 5 SMALL PIECES OF MEAT. AS SOMEONE WITH A DISABILITY, HE FINDS IT HARD ENOUGH AS IT IS SO TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST LIKE THAT IS...

They have not long finished there facelift happy that it’s all done now though as I can go back to enjoying the beautiful Chinese self serve food bar that they provide. The food always looks so well presented. Though the taste is even better than the presentation, as it is kept quite fresh and at the end of each shopping day whatever is left they create value packs for anyone walking by to grab in the way of a five dollar combination tray. They are well situated in the food Hall and with all the upgrade to the shopping centre they have a a new range of seating options straight in front of them for their customers. The food is reasonably priced for the quality that you receive and as you are the one putting it on your plate there is no complaint about portion sizes. After filling a container of self serve food from this store, went to pay for it. Went to use bank card to pay for it, and the staff said it's cash only. I was very angry because there was no sign in the store giving you the heads up. It is the only store in this shopping centre that you can't pay by card. By the time I found a ATM that accepts my bank card without being charged fees, and return to the inconvenient store my food was cold. Also when I return with the cash there was three staff members standing next to the register and didn't bother to serve me because the staff member that they have for serving customers was out the back in the kitchen preparing her own lunch.
