Eventually got food, on plates, with excessive garnish, asked AGAIN for takeaway containers, told again sorry for the wait, it’s busy……
Tried to eat food 10 minutes later. chicken wrap and chips were cold, barely any chicken, massively overcompensated with onion, and it had clearly been cooked first and left on the side. Chips were colder than the air outside, and as salty as we are…..
Both burger buns were massively over cooked to the point it was impractical to eat, had to remove the buns and toss them, bacon was rubbery and horrible

Read moreI arrived at Coffee Club in Midland at 3:45pm the shop closes at 4pm. They had all the chairs and tables pushed to the borders so you couldn't walk in. I asked one of the staff if I could order 2 coffees. The response was no it's too late. I work in retail and my store closes at 5 pm every day. If someone walks in at 4:49pm we must serve them and treat them no different to any other time of day and we are not to rush them out the door either. To walk in with 15 minutes till close time and the chairs and tables be blocking the entrances already, giving customers a closed off vibe, is utterly disgraceful. I understand certain menu items being no longer available for purchase but coffee and pre made cakes... absolutely unacceptable. Read moreWe ordered from the table app. After 30minutes waiting watching every other customer served we approached the counter to ask where our order was? We were told that the order did not come through. We showed the team member our reciept and the transaction from the bank that we were charged, she then told us she would ring the boss. After speaking to the boss she told us that the order did not come through due to the bad reception in Midland gate and that we would be refunded but if we are not refunded we would have to come back in to sort it out. So for what would have cost coffee club a minuscule amout of effort all the problem was left on our shoulders with no hint of remorse from this franchise.
