A friend and I went today and ordered a lemon ice tea with lunch. The lemon ice tea was very warm. It's doesn't work when you put warm tea in a glass and try to cool it down with ice, especially with little ice. We said to the waiter it was warm and he admitted that he thought the glasses had felt warm when he delivered them. He took both our drinks away and returned with two very now watered down lemon ice teas still warm and now with no taste. No you don't empty 1/2 the contents of the glass and just fill it up with water. We again mention to the waiter about the drinks being watered down and still warm and he said, " Sorry."

Neither one of us drank lemon ice teas and both commented on how the standard had really gone down at this Midland store, as the food wasn't that great either. I work in the shopping centre, I’ve gotten to the stage where I’m a regular customer and most of the staff here know my take away order! Which just adds to the excellent service I receive!

I know I can’t name everyone that works there, but honestly have my day made more positive by Cara, Avonli, Nikki, Hayley, Tamati, and many more!

Cara was the first person who learnt my order, she has made my day by acknowledging me with a smile!

Avonli has made some of my fave caramel lattes, always an upbeat barista.

Nikki who’s also been wonderful behind the counter and as a barista!

I know that sometimes the prices aren’t the most competitive, however the lovely ladies and gentlemen make it the go to place for me!
