Daiwo Sushi — Restaurant in Midland

i have been eating this sushi for 4 years and it is still my go to and always will be. something about the sushi just sets it apart from other places, it is the best sushi i have ever had.

the prices at daiwo sushi are great, for my usual teriyaki chicken cucumber roll is $8. if you go in around closing time there are usually end of day sale where everything is $6. seeing that sign makes me so happy.

I sat down at an available table with comfortable seating to realise the table was filthy. When I asked for it to be wiped down I was told to move tables. Three staff then stood behind the counter for 10minutes before anything was cleaned. Instead I had to sit at a table with white chairs covered in grubby fingerprints. Very disappointed with the service and staff here. They are not friendly and welcome customers. Staff never smile or say hello to customers. Their food is nice and reasonable price but every time I order food, it takes me 20 minutes waiting and I saw them served the food to other people who came after me.
