I recently visited THE BURGER HAUS with high hopes of having a pleasant Burger experience. However, my visit turned into a disappointment that I would not wish upon anyone.
Upon receiving my burger, I was dismayed to find a hair tangled within the patty. Naturally, I approached a staff member politely, hoping for a quick resolution. To my disbelief, instead of apologizing and offering a refund or a new burger, I was rudely asked to leave the premises. This lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction left me utterly baffled.
The presence of a foreign object in the food is a severe violation of hygiene standards and simply unacceptable. A reputable establishment should prioritize the well-being of its customers and take immediate action to rectify such issues. Unfortunately, my encounter at THE BURGER HAUS was anything but professional. Apart from the hair incidence, I was accused of lying about the hair in my burger.
Apart from the hair incident, I also noticed a general lack of cleanliness and disorganization in the restaurant's interior. The overall ambiance was far from inviting, further contributing to the negative experience.
In the end, my expectations were not only unmet but also disregarded, leaving me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. I would strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider dining at THE BURGER HAUS until they can demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and food safety.
To the restaurant management: addressing customer complaints with care and respect is vital in building a positive reputation. I hope that you take this feedback constructively and implement necessary changes to prevent such incidents in the future.
As a customer, my trust in THE BURGER HAUS has been severely shaken, and I sincerely hope that others are spared from similar experiences...

Was on our last day at Buller so didn't bother going back to tell them, but can't believe they would do this. Staff eating and on phones while serving. Can't believe this place is still...
