Pats Italian — Restaurant in Hume

First time visit to Mt Buller and the price tag to a lot of things is expensive, maybe because many of these businesses operate only operate during 3 months of the year of snowfall.

Located upstairs in the Village Square Plaza Pat's Italian has a large amount of seating. Order at the counter, there's a large menu selection to choose from including pizza and pasta dishes. Also to the right of the counter is a water station to help yourself.

I ordered the carbonara with bacon and creamy mushroom sauce. I chose a table and grabbed some water and was served my meal after some time.

Made with macaroni, a gooey cheese mix that has melted in, lots of strip's of bacon and a lovely mushroom sauce. Tasty meal and satisfying.

Second year round for another visit. I was in the mood for something a little sweet so headed to Pat's Italian to see if anything on the dessert menu. Fortunately they're fine with just ordering a dessert and I chose the waffle. Two thick waffles are presented with berries, whipped cream and ice cream. 03rd of August afternoon 2021 My husband and I Eat Inside of this Specific Restaurant  Pats Italian Highly recommended this place! Level 1 Village Square Plaza, Village Square, Mount Buller VIC 3723 My husband and I come up to this because ( CATTlEMAN'S Cafe, Bar, & Steakhouse staff was Bloody Rude, Especially the    Maitre d'.) . Anyway high recommended this Restaurant the whole staff was so welcoming, friendly and I really enjoy eating my Chicken parmigiana with vegetable salad and Fries with a glass of Baileys perfect for the dish..and my husband drink heaps of Alcoholic drinks there. We spend 3hrs there.. Absolutely shockingly non-existent customer service at this place! Placed a phone order for pickup, asked the lady who answered the phone if she could guide me as to how many serves their pizza was or what the diameter was, and she replied super rudely that it was 8 pieces and she didn’t know how large it was. Then when hubby went in to pick up the order, she had completely missed meals from my order and was unapologetic and unbelievably rude to him. Considering the top end prices they charge, perhaps this business should invest some of their earnings into training and educating their staff about product details as well as basic customer service etiquette - might go a long way! The pizza that we received was dry and overcooked. The lava cake was honestly as hard as a rock. Forget “lava”, it could honestly not be eaten with a spoon or a fork! Never ever again.
