KFC Bathurst — Restaurant in New South Wales

Will they ever get our orders right. Everytime we go it's wrong. No more chances. I worked for KFC long time ago. Would get a big size nine for what goes on in this store at Bathurst. Not happy Jan.

And happened again. It's simply not good enough guys. No pride in the work place, someone get on a broom. I can count on one hand the orders that were correct. Customer service requires some polishing.

Can I take away this star. Again it's happened again..

How hard is it KFC Bathurst to get an order done right. I need more than two hands to count the amount of times your staff forget to put the complete order together.

Many times have had to travel back into town to get what should've been placed in bag in the first place. I would much rather wait a minute to see that the staff are checking the contents are correct than to have to drive back into town.

For some reason the franchise holder of the KFC in the CBD at Bathurst NSW doesn't seem to like the idea of outside menu boards dislayed, for the convenience of the customers, in all other KFC's I've driven through. The menu boards were there once but after the last refurbishment were removed and never replaced. A litter strewn one-time or would-be garden is there in place. Menu boards are inside behind the cashier but due to reflection on the glass from outside they are mostly hard to see and read. One menu board is a car length beyond the order window. Duh!!! The cashier kids when asked about the menu boards mostly just shrug. Apparently many customers voice the same problem I am voicing here. Fortunately there is a second KFC on the outskirts of Bathurst now...with nice big clear menus spaced correctly for customer ease. Get with the plan...

There is usually long queues and the drive through is tailored towards those with smart phones. Not so good for those of us who want to see the menu boards, especially when waiting before ordering as the boards are gone. So let's talk about the chicken....... it's either the best chicken you ever eaten or not so good greasy and burnt like it stuck in the back of an oven. They get points though I don't believe they have ever forgotten something from our order for the last seven years. However let's talk about stock rotation.....when you fill up the drinks fridge, put the warm bottles at the back and cold bottles at the front....nothing worse then on a hot day, thirsty and grabbing your bottle of Pepsi Max and taking a large mouth full of hot drink..yuk.
