Papaveros — Restaurant in New South Wales

A flawless dinner experience with excellent attention to detail. TKU Marcell for your professional leadership in Papaveros restaurant last night followed by your eager to please support staff Emily and Wil. Where were we to take our daughter for her birthday that was not going to disappoint? We definitely made the right decision and cannot wait to return to taste the other delights on the menu. We shared the Fritto Misto seafood all cooked to perfection. My Seafood Rissotto was generously laden with tender seafood deliciousness. The tender yummy tasting Cowra lamb loin chargrilled flavour will please your man as undoubtedly pleased mine. Hot plates kept our food warm and we must compliment the chefs last night for their impressive standard of cooking and presentation, Natalie and Harvey TKU! Much appreciated was the Italian background music generating lovely mood and ambience.

WOW!!! And again WOW!!! My husband and I arrived for dinner Saturday night. The restaurant was clearly busy and you could hear lots of conversations going on. The team however busy were calm and welcoming. We were welcomed by a lovely lady, I can't quite recall her name, I am thinking Brady. She was all smiles and asked us to take a seat. After a short break we were seated for dining. And then the MAGIC happened - food that literally warmed your heart as well as your stomach, the most delicious flavorsome foods, delivered hot and fresh!!! We were close to the kitchen area and all the time the gents were laughing, joking and looked genuinely happy to be there and yet delivered the most sensational tastes to our table!!! Five of us wanted dessert and coffee having dined elsewhere. Lots of staff milling around not looking at patrons, busy with themselves....you get the picture. We had to draw attention after having been seated. Orders were taken. Two orders were brought in maybe fifteen minutes. The other three orders took a further half an hour or so. The presentation was dreadful. Half the staff need a transfer elsewhere....surplus to requirements. Needless to say we won't be darkening Papavero's door in the near future. We were ignored all of the time unless we "tried" being the operative word to get the attention of one of the staff.
