Extremely high quality pho, just outside of Canberra. Very clean and perfectly balanced, flavourful broth. Some of the best quality beef I've found in any pho (and I've tried MANY). Generous portions - so much meat, and a great big bowl of broth. Except...a greater noodle ratio would be preferred, at least for me. Also I find that because they sometimes run out of ingredients there is a little lack of consistency, as you can see from the two reasonably different looking pictures below. The pho was delicious, but honestly not the best I’ve had in Canberra. It could do with a little more meat, so if you’re a meat lover ask for extra. It was $14.50.
The place accepts card with no minimum, which is uncommon for a small place like this.
The family working there are very attentive, nice and cute.
