Wokitup! Queanbeyan — Restaurant in New South Wales

Hands down the best experience i have ever had with a restaurant/take-away. Firstly as always, food is great and always hot and fresh, unlike other places i always feel good after eating here (even if im in a food coma). Now to my main point of this review. I had been messed around by food delivery service and figured id just go back to old faithful. Well seemingly the delivery service had done it again, lost my food now twice in one night. I had rung the restaurant and proceeded to speak with a lovely person by the name of Emma, now Emma was very empathetic to my situation and had practically moved heaven and earth to make sure i received my food. That is damn good service. I have never in my life experienced service like this from any establishment and am still shocked that Emma went out of her way just before closing to fix it all up. Best part? Emma is a supervisor, and in my eyes if thats the team leader then id love to see the team. Again thank-you very much for the delicious food and i will definitely be...

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! The kind staff were way more accommodating than necessary. I'd called to request if home delivery was still possible literally just minutes prior to closing. (I didn't actually expect my crazy request would be successful, especially at such short notice.) But I am extremely grateful.

"THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!" Everything was cooked perfectly, plenty of flavour & the meat/s were so tender & juicy.

EXTREMELY FAST & EFFICIENT SERVICE. The delivery driver was such a kind considerate soul & a true gentleman. He not only made my day, but i believe he also brought me good luck. It was an absolute honour to meet you & may good fortune be with you always.

All though the staff where very pleasant, helpful and friendly the product presented to me was very disappointing, I had combination fried rice and hokkien noodles with beef , both dishes looked very grey and lacked any freshness or green veggies . The rice was very gluggy and way to much salt and the noodles where also very stoggy but these where far to sweet and to much overpowering sickly sauce. The premise is good but the dishes need tweaking to make them more presentable the right balance of seasoning and definitely more additions of fresh greens etc. I will try another location in the future so I can do...
