Edit… swift customer service intervention from management and I accepted the offer to try again. This time the order was delivered in under 3 mins despite the shop still being quite busy outside. The açai was delicious and the peanut butter was some of the best I have ever had. The peanut butter alone is worth a visit. I still think the shop needs a strong manager in store to keep the service consistent but it was definitely third time lucky with this place.

Original post… Second time visiting and again waited 15 mins. This time the machine breaks so no more orders. Shop is run by 15 year olds who were more concerned in having a chat than dealing with the growing queue outside.
