2 years ago this place was okay, nothing special. The burgers were hot, chips were cooked properly and the service was mediocre. Present day though this place is a dump. They are constantly going through staff all the time and some don't even speak clear English so this combined with under experience just contributes to the already terrible service. If you order inside expect to be waiting 10 mins while 3 different people take turns at building your meal and they won't give you a tray unless you ask for it. Make sure you double check your order as well!
If you order at the drive thru they will take your money then ask you to drive to the second window where they will ask you immediately to park in the waiting bay (this happens even if no cars are behind you, because that way they are not being timed how long you waited at the window for your meal) if there's cars in the waiting bay already they will ask you too park in the service station car park next door . After 10 mins of waiting they send out someone who goes from car to car asking what they ordered untill they find the right car. I have counted 6 six cars parked at the servo like us waiting for their food while we waited there too.

Read moreWorse customer service from staff and manager,at the drive through i confirmed the lady to get 2 small chicken royals instead she said drive forward ...at the window she said sorry its not in the voucher,but plenty of times othet staff and managers used that voucher for royals.....anyways i said ok have to place other order ...then she ask manager can we place a new order for him...manager said ok....but the way i was served was like what r u doung here ....lady said we are busy so we cannot make it to small size....overall experience i would like to give zero for customer service because i am a manager at a retail store as well but i never gave a training like this to serve a customer with angry and rude behaviour even there are 20 customers in the store.....customers are actually our strength and business .....if we lack the customer service skills then we will be damaging our business in future.

As someone who gets off work at a certain time, it's rather inconvenient when your staff decide to close 15 or 20 minutes earlier than they should and I have to miss out. it's already enough that the cashiers give me attitude and the other patrons are ferals. I just wanted a damn cheeseburger after working and starving all day and I arrived during the time the dining room is supposed to be open on my walk home from work. But your staff had locked the doors and weren't even acknowledging the customers standing outside wondering why they closed early. My order would have taken two minutes, but they cared more about chatting amongst themselves and with their friends. This has happened to me multiple times now.
