Pizza Obsession — Restaurant in Port Macquarie

We recently ordered ribs from here and while they were delicious, we were provided an incorrect meal. Ordered a full rack but only received 5 ribs total. Called to request the rest of our food and the girl on the phone kept telling me I was wrong and that they serve their racks based on weight and that the weight of what we were given was the correct weight for a "full rack". If you want to charge by weight, then charge by weight and advertise as such. Otherwise, 5 ribs does not equal a "full rack" worth $36! Still, she insisted I as the customer, was wrong.

After leaving a negative review and uploading a photo, the manager reached out to me to apologise for the mistake made, agreed upon viewing the photo that we weren't provided a full rack and offered a refund to rectify the situation.

If ever passing through the town again, we wouldn't hesitate to stop by here again but will definitely check our food before leaving...

Phoned & ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. After waiting 2 hours I was phoned to say that the driver was just pulling up in front of our house, only to find that they were nowhere in sight. Called them again & they said they would check on their drivers & would get back to me. After waiting a further 15 minutes someone arrived with only 2 pizzas. When my husband said we ordered 3 pizzas she said simply, no I only have 2 for you. So I rang back & spoke to them again only for them to argue that they said they only have an order for 2 pizzas (even though I gave the name of the person who took my order & they repeated the order to me). They offered to deliver the remaining pizza (another 30 minute wait). All pizzas arrived COLD & unappetising. Will not be using Pizza Obsession again. Very poor service plus VERY EXPENSIVE. Unprofessional approach to business and transactions. Surprised at the cost when removing half a topping they charged additional costs. Ordered thin base Vegetarian pizza and couldn’t believe the lack of topping, anything but thin, doughy. Ordered veggie pasta and had semi cooked potatoes and veggies. Ordered blue cheese pizza and got burnt pizza topping, lots of dough taste and little to take home of blue cheese. Wish I could give them a zero or less stars. Then ordered 90 mins in advance for a collection time over the phone. Delivery was not ready and had to wait another 20 mins. When questioned the young boy at counter he had no idea when the order would be ready and suggested a 4 min time wait which was not correct and took another 15 mins.
