Wok Mania — Restaurant in Port Macquarie

Unfortunately Wok Mania is only for persons whom don't know food. I ordered 4 meals, Satay supreme which in no way resembled satay ( no peanuts or even the taste of peanuts), Nasi Goreng, if you have ever had this dish you like me would expect a fried egg on top, Mongolian Beef and Honey Chicken both were requested to be served on special fried rice, the rice only contained peas. When I called the shop to ask why my meal was incorrect the young boy whom took my order put a woman on the phone whom was unable to answer my questions, she put a male on the phone whom I can only assume was the person in charge, he was more arrogant than anyone I have ever dealt with before. Had Singapore Noodles which neither burnt a chilli hole through my nasal track nor did it become so bland that it became the “choose your own adventure” of Asian stir fries. You know those Asian stir fries that become so bland that you can name any dish and they actually kinda taste like that!

Staff able to smile on occasion = Bonus points Young guy taking orders able to estimate within 10 time frame when meal would be ready (while actually looking and checking other orders to take these into consideration) - another point. Good food, though the service is not so great. When there's 10 people waiting for food and your staff just place an order on the counter and don't call out an order number or a name is horrendous. Atleast call out the order number so the person it belongs to knows it's their's so they're not standing there waiting for their food not knowing the food on the counter belongs to them! More attention also needs to be given to orders put through the wok mania app. Too many times I've ordered through the app and waited double the time it says to give until it's ready only to walk in and find that they haven't even started cooking it and they're not even busy!
