Horribly organised staff working in the kitchen who can not multitask.
My delivery driver just dropped off my order that was extended by 45 minutes when the place was handling a few customers and was not even full.
My door dash delivery driver got paid 7 bucks an hour for that extended time. Making him wait for that was incredibly inconsiderate. You pushed my order priority to the back of the line and treated new shop orders as priority when my order came in first. That's not on.
The order was coffee and a flat grill sandwich.
This is not the first time certain staff there have let me down. I'll be avoiding this Coffee Club branch in the future, as a friend of mine had previously advised from her bad experiences there.

My poached eggs on toast turned up, but no bacon came with it, and finally once I had received it, I had eaten one whole egg and toast already. I also asked for some worcestershire sauce and the waitress just didn't bring this at all.

On top of that the gentleman that served me got my drink order wrong. Such a disappointing experience considering I hadnt been to a coffee club in a long time because the food quality seemed to be declining. Now after this experience, I definitely think they need to take a look at their business and maybe step things up ALOT. Now I will not be returning to any of these facilities. I don't enjoy being one of these people, but I feel like the whole company needs to be shut down and ALOT of training needs to be done before the doors...
