My friend, you don't know me from a bar of soap, but you have met me many times. I came to you a little too disgruntled today and asked you for my money back on what you perceive as potato bake. I assure you that all I was tasting at the time, and still right this second as I type, is black pepper—not any other ingredient.

This is very sad and not a very clever thought for a food provider. So, as I said, you personally have met me many times before and served me quite eagerly and with an awesome personality. I enjoyed getting food from Sandwich Chefs, but tragically, it seems you have lost your first sight for this dream, and so your quality of food has been dwindling.

I, for one, would like to see you regain your original dream and provide that food that made you say to your family, Yes, I want to feed everyone and make it wholesome and revitalizing—refreshing—a place to come because nobody else cares about their food. I believed you did. I enjoyed coming to your store and buying what I felt like at that time.

In reality, I stopped coming to your store a little over a year ago because your passion for your food felt lost, and it’s no longer a flavor explosion in my mouth. I do wish you would regather your passion and remember what drove you in the first place. I know you can do better. I ate it. I’d love to start eating at your store again.

I believe you have great food when you do it right. I also believe that your store could really give those fast-food stores a genuine run for their business if you only found your passion again.

Came here for a quick bite and bought the pork sandwich with gravy and crackling. The crackling was perfect, nice, puffy and crispy with satisfying crunch.

My food was prepared quite quickly, and the bread that they use for the sandwiches are quite large compared to other stores which I liked. They also offer the option to put gravy on top, however as the bread is quite thin, the gravy can make the bread soggy fast, so it's recommended to eat it on site rather than take away. There are a range of bread types available, including your plain, wholemeal, multi grain and others.

They had a range of roast options as well and the staff member was friendly and polite.

Card payments are accepted, but they do have a surcharge fee for this.

Ordered the schnitzel Club, which was shown on the menu was made on a roll. When he started making it on bread, I asked him about the roll, and he replied that I can have any bread or roll that I liked. If this is true then why didn’t he ask me what bread I wanted at the start. Now I’ve just paid $14.50 for a schnitzel sandwich which falls apart. The man who served me seemed disinterested in working there and kept watching the other shoppers walk by.
