Do not bother answering any automated response feedback forms. These will fail to be processed by this company's systems, and fail to be placed in database records and lost. Do not bother with contacting Head Office or Senior Management members. Who will SAY that they will investigate and fully deal with an incident at a store. But. In fact. They will actually do very little at all, or they do absolutely nothing. Personal experience has proven this fact. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DEALING WITH MOUNT ISA BASED CUSTOMERS'S COMPLAINTS OR OTHER ISSUES. There will only be automated responses given. Your efforts and time will be competely wasted.

Communications from Support. SUMMARY: SENIOR MANAGEMENT REFUSE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION. SENIOR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH DEALING WITH THIS STORE'S OWNERS OR STAFF. THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH DEALING WITH ALL THEIR BREACHES OF HYGIENE, FOOD STANDARDS ETC. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMERS'S HEALTH AND SAFTEY. ESPECIALLY THAT OF CUSTOMERS IN THE MOUNT ISA REGION. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION. 1/5/2024. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. TO OTHERS, BE WARY AND CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FOOD FROM HERE. 20/4/2024. DOMINO'S CEO, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND OTHER SENIOR MANAGEMENT HAVE BEEN CONTACTED. BUT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING IMMEDIATE ACTIONS. BE AWARE. BE VERY CAREFUL. BE VERY CAUTIOUS. BE WARNED. Warning to other customers. Be aware and be careful. Since mid 2023, this store fails. Rules and regulations of Health and Safety are not followed. Rules and regulations of hygiene cleaning and food preparation are not followed. Staff do not communicate. There is no indications, no signs showing when they are open. There is no alert system that sounds when a customer enters. That store is now always filthy and dirty, inside and out. Large empty delivery pallets are simply left lying against the front entrance, after deliveries are made fortnightly, get used as rubbish bins and damaged by people. Unused non-maintained equipment fills the main Front Service area, barely leaving room for customers to reach the Front Counter. When I came in there. There were no phones ringing at all. It was silent. As that store always is, now. One Staff member was working in the Back Area, saw me waiting at Front Counter, and then another customer who came in, minutes later. He saw both of us. Never called out to his colleague. Not a single word. It took 25-40 minutes, before the other Staff member appeared. He got a big shock, but also, he was not happy or pleased at all to see actual customers. His expression and body language said that, clearly. Regardless, he served me. He was somewhat polite. My order was not a large one. But it still took him another 25-40 minutes just to prepare and get the food cooking, before serving the other *customer. He never once wash hands or used gloves. Never followed hygiene procedures, once. His expression was vicious. The other customer saw all this, too. *Thankfully, she wasn't ordering food. But she looked very unimpressed, when leaving. During this time, the delivery driver returned and saw us. He never spoke. But. Again. The same facial expression reaction, the same body language reaction. He, too, wasn't pleased to see actual customers. I did not bother to say anything. I simply got my order and left. I later threw my order in the rubbish, as I could not risk food poisoning or worse.

Note: In comparison. Pizza Hut and other franchise stores in Mount Isa. More cleaner, by far. Better customer service.

Update. 6/4/2024. More letters have been sent to Domino's Senior...

Don't bother trying to call and check on your order. The kids working their have headphones on and dont bother answering the phone. My pizza was 20 minutes late and the app said it was still being made so i tried to call to see what was happening. After no one picking up for 10 mins I drove in to talk to them about it. There was only one kid working and he had headphones on. I called the restaurant from INSIDE and heard it ring and watched him not respond. Ridiculous. He told me its super busy and hes the only one working. I said he could have told me this over the phone if he would bother picking up. I drove home and as i got in the driveway he called to apologize as there were no delivery drivers for my order. I asked if my pizza was ready because i will turn around and come back and he said "well i can start to make it now if you want". I said don't bother and to cancel/refund my order. Terrible customer service.

Last time i ordered they also totally messed up my order (late, wrong dough, missing toppings i paid extra for). Called and called but no answer. Went to the shop and the two girls behind the counter were just chatting. When i said no one was answering the phone one girl looked at the other and the other just shrugged her shoulders. Such a joke. Ill buy my pizza from their competitiors...

Rang to get a delivery and ordered a party pizza half with supreme half supreme with anchovies recived a pizza that can not be described as large rang back to complain and maybe swap pizza and pay the difference but was told they dont do party pizzas and there was nothing they could do expect for us to order another pizza when i asked why i wasnt told the dont do party pizzas on the phone they said sorry but there is nothing we can do absolutely no costomer service or understanding to resolve the problem just told we can order...
