After traveling down the East Coast of Australia and trying countless coffees along the way, I finally found what I was looking for at Envy Espresso in Cairns. I ordered a flat white with oat milk, and my friend had a latte — both were incredible. What stood out was the perfect balance between the coffee and the milk.Too often, you only taste milk with just a whisper of coffee, here it was present, rich, and harmoniously blended. Read moreThis is a spectacular cafe. I came here 5 times in 8 days in Cairns. Their food is fantastic - beautifully presented, delicious, and fresh. I especially loved the halloumi bruschetta. All the baked items I tried were great. I also had several flat whites here, as well as long blacks (aka americanos), as well as a brewed coffee. All were fantastic. Finally, the service is very friendly, and the place has a great atmosphere. This is one of my favorite coffee shops, and I’m sad I live on the other side of the world, so it will be a while until I can...
