Quick story for context; We were declined for takeaway at the italian restaurant closeby and the door lady didnt know of any other places that serve Glutenfree pasta...walking away with tired hungry travelling kiddies, feeling dejected as had researched for takeaway gf pasta place.... ....Right next door we see Pist4chhi... as i am trying to read the menu on glass door for gf options.. even tho busy- a gentleman came out to assist, "yes" to takeaways and "yes" to gf option, ushered us inside to some seats (1 of my kids in pjs 🙈🤦‍♀️) poured us all a cool water and made us feel most welcome and comfortable.

The reviews are true - customer service is above standard. The staff/team understand how to create an experience. Watching the bar man make drinks was mesmerizing, made us want to try one.. Oh my! Beautifully made cocktails and drinks. Food was delicious! Best cooked Gf pasta ive had. Great texture. Also they swapped pepper to garlic for the kids in the cabonara dish. The kids loved the cabonara.

A big big thankyou for putting smiles back on our faces, treating us kindly, welcoming us in even tho we werent dressed for eating in. Reminding us why we love eating out sometimes. We wish you all the best! And we will b returning customers....

Love it,love it, love it. So authentic food, beautifuly done. The best restaurant in Cairns and maybe Queensland!? Definitely my favourite with Puglia taste and smell. I adore it! Excellent services, hard to find it. Their personal is highly trained.A lot of attention to detail and towards the maintenance of every element, from culinary to menu and hospitality. Each dish had a perfect blend of italian spices and flavors. From start to end, I found everything worth ordering and trying.What a restaurant! Simply hard to ignore this restaurant, there are the best in the area.

Excellent. Everything was so good. We haven't eaten such a tasty Italian food for such a long time. Friendly staff did welcome us. They have been polite, friendly, accommodating and professional. Food was lovely. We did start with olives and bread with garlic as antipasto. For secondo, my chilli mussels have been done nicely. Hubby was perfectly satisfied with his pasta carbonara and said it has been done in a only proper way. Dolce was great.

Excellent list of vino. It was good to see they have a good selection of Primitivo vino from Puglia. Our favourite Italian vino. So, well done to all of you. We would recommend this restaurant to...

Eaten here sooooo many times. I live one block away and a VERY LOCAL regular. However the new manager/owner?? Last couple of times I have visited has been so RUDE. Tonight we ALL LEFT. We had booked the first table a few days back and my daughter didn’t notice and edit the number of people. She should have said 3, but because she didn’t put a value amount on it so it put in two people. She noticed this and called them today to amend the booking and had a call log proving this. The man said on the phone no worries see you at 5:15 5:30 pm. We arrive have been seated and been given menus and we’re ordering drinks. The Manager/owner came out was so loud and aggressive telling us the 3rd person was not welcome to the early discount. I asked him to quieten down please, and even put my hand up and down indicating to please quieten down, everybody was looking at us and we were so embarrassed we left. Yeah never going back there again, PLENTY of other first tables and restaurants that will be happy with our cash. Anyway, we didn’t let it spoil our night. We went around and had banquets at Yaya’s., We can highly recommend the Greek food there! We gave them our money instead!!! Your loss Pist4cchi! 0 out of 100 for...
