One staff member was really rude, I understand they were tired and working overtime but it is not a excuse to give a bad service. Instead of close the door trying to push the line of people away because he was getting angrier while the line was extending, it would have been better to kindly tell everyone that they were closing, cut the line and just serve the clients that were already waiting for long time and also help his co-worker to serve the customers so the line would ended faster. Unfortunately the customers don't know the staff's schedule, actually I was really happy of getting an ice cream and thinking "what entrepreneurs, they open until late, intelligents because they are selling a lot" but at the end after 20min of waiting in the line I couldn't get the flavor I wanted because the rude guy took the flavor away one second before finally was my turn. I just made the line for nothing, would prefer them to tell me they were close instead of make me...

Don’t order anything but scoops of ice cream as you won’t get your milkshake order til an 1hr later. They have a terrible system of having two people out front getting peoples scoop orders who’s ordered long after your own. Then they leave one person out the back making all the sundaes and milkshakes etc while people who ordered long after you who are walking away happily with their ice cream. Then they get all offended when you ask politely where your order is when it’s their problem. If you have paid money for something you should expect your order in at-least 5 mins of ordering for a simple shake! They also talk behind your back about how much longer it will take for your order but they don’t want to tell you. We caught them doing this. I had a not so pleasant experience yesterday. A young lady served me and asked what I’d like. I ordered a small cone with rum & raisin. When the young lady went to get the cone she coughed into her hand and then proceeded to grab the cone with the same hand and no serviette or anything. I pulled her up and said I don’t want that cone as you just coughed in your hand and then proceeded to pick up the cone. No apology just threw the cone in the bin and said “I’ll wash my hands” walked out of sight and came back within seconds so I don’t think she washed her hands at all. She had a little bit of an attitude. If the owner sees this, can I suggest you train your staff in hygiene as I will be going to Baskin & Robins from now on… the young man there is so lovely, polite and wears plastic...
