I found this $20 - $40 restaurant to be reasonably sized — bright and airy, which contributed to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and engaging, adding to the overall experience. The only drawback in this regard was the background music. Combined with the buzz of nearby diners’ conversations, it made hearing a bit difficult at times. A charming touch was being greeted by Nick’s 10-year-old daughter — confident and clearly well-versed in what she was doing. For lunch, I ordered the Gourmet 11-inch Medium King Prawn Pizza ($28), which featured a tomato, garlic, and basil pesto base, topped with king prawns, Spanish onions, and avocado. The combination of ingredients was spot on, and I even got a cheese pull — twice! The pizza arrived fresh and hot, and it was both delicious and satisfying. My wife had the Fish with Chips and Salad ($25). The fish was beautifully cooked — soft, not overly salty, and served hot. The chips were nicely crunchy and perfectly seasoned with a touch of salt. The salad, paired with cherry tomatoes, a vinaigrette, and a hint of mustard, was fresh and pleasantly flavourful, I will be back. @whiterabbit7820

We ordered a takeaway Hawaiian pizza for my husband while I walked around the corner to buy fish & chips. The restaurant was busy but not completely full. I returned after 10 minutes with my food in hand and waited outside. That was at 7.04pm. Hubby watched the young staff serving food to diners while he waited. I stood outside with my fish & chips cooling in my hand. At 7.30pm they asked what my husband was waiting for. He told them his Hawaiian pizza. About 2 mins later they brought out a pizza. We left and got halfway back to our room and looked at it. It looked like a cheese pizza. No ham. No pineapple. When we got back to our room we realised that’s exactly what it was. The staff were very young. They had one person (adult) serving drinks and I couldn’t see how many in the kitchen. It was after the Wallaby’s international Rugby match but again, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The pizza was greasy and not very nice. $24 for a medium pizza regardless of topping. Won’t return. (FYI- my fish & chips from next door were nice despite being not as hot as I’d have liked)

What can I say guys? I’m from Melbourne. This is one of the best pizzas if not the best I’ve ever had. definitely the best pizza I’ve had in over 20 years. Family Run business dad absolutely loves what he does and he makes the pizzas mum has amazing people skills really amazing customer service. The two girls keep up the good work. You should be so proud of yourselves and mum and dad should be so proud of you guys. God bless. Oh, and the complementary garlic bread while waiting is a really good touch. It’s Old School customer service.
