Panya’s ramen is delicious. The name which means bread shop is a bit confusing, not to detract from the amazing ramen. Our ramen was a nice size, but not huge. The ramen noodle was perfectly cooked, just like in japan. The broth was well balanced. If you like it a bit spicier, ask the owner to toss on some chili. The best part except for a bit of a line up you can get your food in around 10 minutes allowing you to have more time to explore the city. The owner is charming...

Thursday and Friday: Sourdough. Wished we had bought more, we ate it so quickly! Saturday: he turns his hand to ramen and udon noodles, delicious. Ramen was our favourite. Sunday; he does doughnuts, once again delicious, but by now we were onto it and bought spares!! Cannot pick a favourite as they were all good. Well done to Pan-Ya, such delicious food.
