Quenchers on Sunshine Beach Road is a true local gem, and Peter – the legend behind it – is what makes it so special. You don’t need the latest flashy fit-out or Instagrammable tiles to be the best café in town. Walking into Quenchers feels like stepping back into the '90s – simple, honest, and full of heart. It’s nothing fancy, just good old-fashioned quality, and that’s exactly what makes it so perfect.

Peter serves up the BEST acai bowls, hands down. His juices are so fresh and full of flavour, the toasted wraps hit the spot every single time, and the yoghurt bowls are ridiculously good. Everything is made fresh, tastes incredible, and the prices are unbelievably affordable – it’s honestly a rare find these days.

What really sets Quenchers apart though is Peter himself. He’s kind, funny, and makes everyone feel like a regular. He’s a huge part of the Noosa community and the kind of person who brightens your day just by being around.

The one star is simply due to the fact that the place was clean. But if you're going for a coffee in Noosa avoid this at all costs, unless (for some abnormal reason) you enjoy drinking hot scrapings from the bottom of a dish washer that's been out of service with stagnant water inside it for 25 years or so. Imagine the worst taste with a mild coffee flavoured hint, boiling hot (undrinkable/burnt milk) filth. Not one positive note about this coffee experience and at a price of $4 I was thouroughly disappointed.
