Domino's Pizza Shellharbour — Restaurant in Shellharbour City Centre

We had a BBQ 🍗 Meatlovers pizza extra large and cheese on top. The pizza was 10 minutes too make and cook! And was on time.The person making the pizza dropped the tongs and picked them up with out washing them? So let’s hope that the toilet floors are clean and No you know what on the floor? 🚽 The pizza was like the medium pizza used to look like! No where near as Costcos pizzas ! Now they are large pizzas ❤️There was not much toppings on them because on the pizza box it says 50% more pizza and toppings? We did read the reviews and there was a lot of one stars ? We wondered why? 4 stars ⭐️ is good ❤️We do not think 🤔 We have seen so many one stars before perhaps they think they are in Texas lone star ⭐️ one star for Texas on the flag of USA 🇺🇸 lol 😂 The base was thin we were hoping for thicker and the bacon 🥓 was like wafers thin as paper and the BBQ sauce was like tomato sauce? Not much taste 👅 in the pizza at all a bit disappointing though! Not much chicken 🐓 on the Supreme it was glued chicken 🐓 and very sparse? More peppers than anything else? And bland in taste 👅? And the Meatlovers had a bit more flavor but not a good pizza 🍕? The ingredients were old as if they had been in fridge for a week or more? We thought the children had just come home from school and try to serve in the kitchen ? Might need some people with a bi more age ! My pizza 🍕 the other day was so lavish with the sausage ℹ could count them on one hand lol 😜 ! My friend brought me a pizza and chicken 🍗 wings and garlic bread but they did not turn up no meal...

I placed a large order for 40 pizzas on Thursday for pick up 3pm today which is Saturday afternoon. I was organising a presentation for our swim club and asked over the phone if they could work put a good price for me seeing I was ordering so many. The girl I spoke to (I think her name was Paris) was so helpful. She was a manager but said there was a higher manager on and she spoke to him also and they worked put a very fair price for me. My husband picked up the pizzas today- all ready on time and all perfect! He said one man was making them all himself at the time he arrived and when the delivery driver came back he helped finish them off. They even threw in a few free garlic breads with our larger order that we were very grateful for thank you. Thank you so much for your help in making our day a success. Previous years, the committee has ordered from Pizza Hut so I originally tried to contact them but couldn't even get the store to answer the phone so Domino's got our business and will get it for future events also due to their great service. Management at Shellhabrour village was absolutely disgusting, we ordered 2 pizzas when arriving home we discovered 1 the sauce was not on the pizza at all!!! 2 it was under cooked liked eating raw dough, we contact the store and advised management of all of this information. The manager there turned around and said “not my problem mate the dough is already pre made before arriving here” no refund offered no remake absolutely disgusting. We than went on to advise we wanted our money back and he hung up after trying and trying the store AGAIN!! He kept hanging up on us. I couldn’t go back in I would have thrown the pizza in the stupid idiots face. (Was not a child) the kids working had more manners and better customer service than this...
