We ordered on the DoorDash app. They had an offer of. Buy one burger get one free. Took up that offer for my kids on a Friday night. Waited for delivery. Which the time kept getting pushed back. The food turned up stone cold. & only one burger. Rang to let them know. Only to confronted by a person with a heavy accent. That only wanted to argue. & not listen. Not interested in customer service. I NEVER complain or leave these. BUT when you have an offer on line be prepared to honour it. DONT argue with the customer to the point they become. Angry. Do what you can to fix the situation. 4 phone calls latter. & Someone one finally sent out the missing food. Said I’d get a refund. Haven’t yet but will be expecting it. Honestly...

Forget that aside several occasions after clearly ordering specific meal choice. Too my disappointment rtn home the order has been incorrect . Calling the restaurant asking for a refund or an explanation is challenging to say the least.

Three people working at the counter, line up of cars at drive thru but, they have one person packing the orders whilst, the other two stand around waiting to be handed a packed bag.
