Dolce & Salato — Restaurant in South Perth

Dolce & Salato South Perth saved my birthday and housewarming event by making sure I received my large catering order when I had delivery driver issues!

My Uber courier driver had refused to pick up my large catering order multiple times, went to the restaurant, even walked in and walked out and then continued to cancel and then accept my delivery job. It got to the point where the store was closing and I finally got a new delivery driver at the last minute and Dolce & Salato agreed to stay back 10mins so I could get my catering order. Thank you guys so much! The food was beautiful and all of my guests loved it! I ordered mini chicken and veggie rolls, bolognaise arancini and two large margarita and pizza Bianca's. The pizza's were easy and quick to heat up for my event later on in the night.

I first tried Dolce & Salato the week before for lunch and ordered a beautiful fresh chicken roll, coffee and a muffin. They were delicious! I then saw they offered catering and I knew they were the place I'd want to choose for my 30th Birthday and housewarming. They didn't dissapoint! I didn't realise how big their pizza's were until I received my order, but it's ok, we'll have left...

Very bad experience. I bought this Tiramisu on Sunday afternoon 31/10/21. I and my husband consumed one piece each on Sunday afternoon. We both immediately got diarrhea. I didn’t realized it caused by the Tiramisu on Sunday. Then, I consumed one piece on Monday, again I felt something uncomfortable and got diarrhea. This Tiramisu is just like a laxative.

Update: 1) this picture was taken before we cut the Tiramisu. 2) this Tiramisu was 100% purchased from your store. 3) We definitely ate the Tiramisu as we paid for it and found it wrong, therefore we post it here. 4) there is no benefit for us to make up a story and post it here. 5) Absolutely disappointed for no apology and never accept feedback.

I bring this Tiramisu back to this shop, and told them our experience after we consumed this Tiramisu. The staff didn’t care and not apologized at all. And, the staff said her company had no refund policy. They don’t take any responsibility as a business.

And, they won’t tell you what is the production date of the cake. Customers need to be very careful...
