Very disappointed today when I purchased a single hot cross bun! When I arrived home 10 mins later to enjoy for morning tea I discovered it was stale and the “cross “ was peeling off! Obviously yesterday’s bake but they were still charging $2 ea. There was a tray of what I now know were fresh bake but mine didn’t come from there. The Delight has gone from Bakers Delight. Purchased the lemon tarts. They were three quarters pastery and one third or less lemon curd. They were full of preservatives. Had to throw them out. Also the Mooloolaba shop needs to service its bread cutting machine. The result is bread only partly sliced and pieces mangled. Had to recut all the bread slices before serving.
